Located in one of Hong Kong’s premier low-density residential districts, Dunbar Place commands open views of Lion’s Rock and Homantin Hill. The building, designed by Make Architects, exudes a bold presence against the busy Kowloon skyline. Individual apartments boast unique floor plans to offer highly tailored living units.
The interiors – featuring a blend of materials such as rare stones in special patterns, leather, and bespoke furniture – are impressive without being over designed.
Inspiration came from a combination of naturalistic forms and luxurious tactile touches. Elements such as coast lines, cliffs and isles were translated into shapes and design details to reflect the development’s “live, wider” slogan.
The end result is one that captures the spirit of the development: contemporary, luxurious, exclusive and crafted.
