We are looking for a press and social media executive to join the award-winning studio in Hong Kong.

Working closely with the Head of Communications, you will be supporting the PR and marketing functions, and managing social platforms for the studio. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of one or two years’ marketing or PR experience. Knowledge of, and an interest in architecture, design or arts would be ideal.

Qualifications:

• University degree holder in marketing, public relations or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in PR communications or marketing, in lifestyle or creative fields

Responsbilities/Skills:

• Create and manage social media content for key social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)
• Assist with preparing and executing press campaigns
• Prepare and compile PR assets and conduct Chinese translations for materials
• Maintain a design awards calendar and assist with submissions
• Liaise with internal project teams to prepare promotional materials
• Manage visual resource library and coordinate on-site photo shoots
• Handle press enquiries
• Possess basic knowledge of PR processes and passionate about social media
• Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills

Candidate with less experience would be considered for the PR Coordinator position.
