Project Coordinator – Interior Design

 

Qualifications :

  • Diploma/Higher Certificate in Interior design or Building or Project Management or equivalent
  • Possess no less than 4 years of proven site experience in residential and/or commercial development and construction
  • Candidates with less experience/qualifications will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator

 

Responsibilities / Skills :

  • Assist Project Manager in supervising and monitoring construction sites to ensure timely delivery of projects in the highest possible standard
  • Prepare reports and documents for various sites and ongoing projects
  • Proficient in generally-used computer software and programmes including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Auto CAD
  • Sound technical knowledge through experience in working with building contractors
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good problem-solving skills and able to handle challenging situations
  • Able to work under tight schedules and overtimeWe offer 5-day work week in a central location, and a competitive remuneration package to suitable candidates.
