Housed within New York-style brick architecture, Contempo is via.’s design office. The two-storey hybrid studio merges fluid work stations with a myriad of social and artistic spaces, designed to foster a sense of community.
The open-planned arrangement incorporates solo work tables, conversation corners and meeting spaces for focused dialogues. Galvanized steel and glass partition frames the social areas, and visually connects to a green-filled outdoor.

Linking the two floor is a feature staircase, lined in Scandinavian timber, featuring an angular balustrade and a wall niche that showcases the studio’s architectural models.

one k edition gallery + shop
The studio’s upper floor is dedicated to a multi-purpose gallery and shop. The retail corner contrasts textured walls in hunter green with speckled terrazzo. Full-length shelves put the range of collectable objects by one k edition in full view.
