unprecedented
sense of space
Tailored for “PANO HARBOUR”, the ultra-luxury residential development at a prime Kai Tak runway site, via. presents “Gallery Panorama”, a marketing suite that showcases the premium development in a museum setting. The entry rotunda highlights the new aesthetic that is both minimal and defers to its natural surroundings, using the oval shape to express the idea of a “panoramic experience”.
A sequence of rooms are created to showcase the luxurious and rich programme of the development, with each room dedicated to a specific subject like pieces of artwork. Upstairs, a special glass room is designed for architectural models, allowing visitors to immerse into the residence’s facilities. The grand hall is filled with natural light, with oval shaped “skylights” adorning the ceiling, giving visitors an uplifting spatial experience.
“our material approach gives a sense of the shimmering sea in the afternoon light.”
Within “Gallery Panorama”, via. crafts a pair of model apartments that amplifies the valuable assets of the development. The 2-bedroom apartment Shimmering Harbour is a stylish abode for a young couple. With a minimal palette of warm oak wall panelling contrasting against tones of silver – in reflective metallic tiles, brushed stainless steel, and silver-leaf ceilings – the apartment exemplifies luxurious harbour living.
Translating colors and textures of garden into a residence, Radiant Garden is a 3-bedroom apartment that incorporates a gradient range of colors. Natural materials are used throughout, including oak panels, terrazzo and ceramic tiles, venetian plastered walls and ceilings, luxurious marbles, and radiant gradation glass partitions, with a calm, sandy stone floor that ties everything together.
