via. was commissioned to create the interiors to several phases of One Oasis, an upmarket residential community in Cotai, Macau. A purpose-built pavilion, LUXE MANSION was designed to introduce visitors to the premium phase of the development, and as an update of the brand with new show apartments.

Conceived as an ultra-luxurious manor, three key spaces – Foyer, Bar, and Lounge – are anchored by walls of earth, oyster and jade onyx. The Bar features a custom stainless-steel sculpture – “Hemi-Sphere”. The space is elevated by smoked oak paneling and a scalloped ceiling executed in silver leaf. In the Lounge, a custom, multi-panel mural highlights the concierge.
Two fully decorated show apartments were created for the project – “Kensington”, inspired by classic English aesthetics, and the Milanese-influenced “Della Moda” – illustrating the glamor and lifestyle offered at One Oasis.
Both apartments incorporate rich palettes of materials, finely-crafted joinery and stone work. Curated furniture, lighting, custom-designed rugs and artwork combine to realize the dedicated themes.
