Located in the University of Hong Kong precinct, Novum West appeals to individuals seeking an urban retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The clubhouse – ‘Bibliotheca’ – is a free-flowing space with a seamless indoor-to-outdoor ambience. Leisure and Active wings are planned horizontally to accommodate a variety of functional spaces surrounding a landscaped terrace and pool.
Relaxed seating areas make up the Leisure zone, including a fireside lounge, co-working stations and upholstered benches for casual reading.
Active areas incorpoate social amenities – pool table, foosball and darts – in addition to the function rooms. A hand-painted mural depicting social exchanges anchors the space to become a visual highlight.
