Perched atop Tai Po’s verdant hills, Shanyucommands grandeur through deliberate spatial axes and framed vistas. The double-height Foyer unfolds with grooved stone walls, a silver-leaf ceiling with an alabaster pendant, and a sweeping smoked oak staircase.

The Salon, the home’s central living space, is anchored by a high ceiling adorned with Ricardo Lighting’s cast glass pendants, reminiscent of morning dew. The walls, lined with timber-trimmed coverings and sculpted “mushroom” shelves, creates a backdrop to the view outside.

Dining Room balances grandeur with cosiness. The Bovolaglass chandelier by Aggiolightfloats above a 12-seat bespoke white marble table.

The Master Suite features an Asian-inspired palette with a warm, basket-weave timber floor, cloud-patterned textures, and polygonal wood panelling. In the Master Bathroom, Sichuan bamboo white marble evokes the strokes of Chinese ink brush painting.

On the First Floor, 4 en-suites revolve around a family entertainment room. Each private quarter further exemplifies hilltop living with individual characters.
The Playhouse on the Second Floor is equipped with a playful bunk bed in timber and upholstery pads for growing kids enjoying sleepovers.
